Membership Shares
Membership is supported through cooperative shareholding:
✔ Face value: ₹100 per share
✔ Ordinary Member: minimum 10 shares
✔ Associate Member: minimum 5 shares
✔ Dividends and patronage benefits declared annually, subject to performance
✔ Voting rights are not linked to number of shares
