Ordinary Members form the democratic foundation of the society.

Associate Member

Associate Membership enables engagement without governance responsibility.

Membership Shares

Membership is supported through cooperative shareholding:

✔  Face value: ₹100 per share

✔  Ordinary Member: minimum 10 shares

✔  Associate Member: minimum 5 shares

✔  Dividends and patronage benefits declared annually, subject to performance

✔  Voting rights are not linked to number of shares

This ensures participation without concentration of control.
